The Saulétas from Sébastien Riffault is a deep, dark yellow, dry sauvignon blanc. The aromas on the palate reveal some baked or bruised apples, however some tannins are already present finishing in a slightly salty dimension.

The Saulétas grows on limestone which distinguishes this label from the Skeveldra and the Auksinis – the same vines, just growing on 3 different soil types
